As with all our products, we pay close attention to the smallest details and create every item as if for our own front door. Like using wired ribbon to reshape it as necessary.

REFUNDS

Once the attachment has left our shop, there is no refund.  You will receive a tracking number when we ship it.  We take great care in securing the item in the box.

If you receive your item and there was damage in shipping, please take a picture of the box prior to opening.  Take pictures of the item and email to us ASAP.  Together we will come up with a solution on how to get the item back to perfect condition.
